It was reported to the judge by Sameer Wankhede that he had caught 6 grams of charas and 5 grams of other drugs during the session. Munmun admitted to receiving drugs close to a five-star hotel and the international airport during the inquiry.

Munmun Plea At The High Court
Ms. Dhamecha has asked the high court to allow her to travel to Delhi, where she resides, rather than Mumbai, where she does not have a place to live, to visit the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office.
One of the bail requirements required the defendant to appear every Friday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the NCB’s Mumbai office. Additionally, I told the accused not to leave Mumbai without telling the investigating officer (IO) and providing a schedule.
Ms. Dhamecha claimed in her petition to the high court that she was a native of Madhya Pradesh who had relocated to Delhi for employment through attorney Kashif Ali Khan Deshmukh. She claimed in her plea that she has no home in Mumbai. She claimed in her request that she has no home in Mumbai.
Ms. Dhamecha has also argued that the conditions should be observed. She must notify the NCB of every move she makes because she travels between Madhya Pradesh and Delhi, outside Mumbai’s boundaries.
